Registration

If you are not yet registered, you will need to do this as a team, by completing and submitting the OPEN THE BOOK Registration Form. Please read the OPEN THE BOOK Team Membership Information document first.

The Registration Form should be completed and, either submitted by post or returned as an attachment by email.

Please note that on the reverse of the Registration Form there is a section where we ask the team leader to sign on behalf of the team that they all agree to abide by the OPEN THE BOOK Code of Practice. It is important that all volunteers are aware of this.

There is no charge for registration and once your form has been processed a copy will be sent to the team leader. Every volunteer will be given an individual membership number. Do ask your team leader what yours is and keep a record of it. You need this number to order materials from A Great Read and access the Resources section of this website.

Visitors are welcome to browse our website but only registered OPEN THE BOOK members can access the Resource section or order materials.
